Some weddings feel like a celebration…
This one felt like New Year’s Eve in a fashion editorial and then the club opened!
Victoria and Travis’ day was NYE all the way: black tie attire, custom pocket watches gifted to the groomsmen, a private on-site barber, an espresso martini cart at midnight and a social soirée before the ceremony even began. These two made sure the tone was set early: intentional, elevated, and seriously ready to party.
Their circular ceremony was unique and timeless. Crisp white florals as their inner circle, their closest people surrounding them and all around amazing energy. Everything was beautifully planned by Samantha from Blake Events Co and designed with florals by Heather Heagy at Custom Florals LLC that balanced the bold black-and-white palette perfectly. Cocktail hour brought chic meets comfort with a mac & cheese bar served in a martini glass, followed by a reception that leaned full Vegas glam: a show stopping bottle style bridal party intro, bows tied on chair backs, bows folded into napkins, and custom editorial magazines for every guest, with their seating chart tucked inside. Iconic.
Victoria and Travis, thank you for trusting me with a day (and night) that was intentional, chic, and so much fun. If this is how you guys start a marriage, I’m here for everything that comes next!

Being a Wedding Photographer wasn't always the plan...
I was (and still am) a special education teacher—someone who spends her weekdays in classrooms, not studios. But somewhere along the way, I picked up a camera and fell hard for the way it let me see people. The way it let me slow down and pay attention to the things that matter: connection, movement, emotion, joy that doesn't need to be posed.
Now, I photograph weddings and couples with that same lens—chasing honest moments, big energy, and the kind of photos that feel like memories.
I didn’t build this business to be booked and busy every waking moment. I built it so I could do what I love and still be home for dinner, still be present with my family, still have space for the life I live outside of work. The balance this world brings me means I show up with INTENTION. With ENERGY. With fresh eyes and an open heart—every freaking time for you.
If you're looking for a photographer who’s not just clocking in but actually cares—you’re in the right place.
"Truly a dream..
Rachel was absolutely amazing. She is so easy to work with and makes you feel so comfortable. My husband is not a camera guy, but she was able to make it so much fun that he enjoyed the pictures."
