Hazelwood Weddings | Taylor and Chase DiPietro
I was lucky enough to work with Taylor and Chase this October to capture their wedding day at Hazelwood Weddings in New Oxford, PA. This was my second time photographing a wedding at Hazelwood, and it is absolutely one of my favorite places to work at. From the venue and staff to the incredible owners. Everything about Hazelwood is thought out for you (and even for us photographers) which I can’t thank them enough for!
When I arrived to Hazelwood for Taylor and Chase’s wedding, the vibe was already everything a wedding photographer could dream of. FUN, laid back and the two were just so excited to marry each other. The weather was just perfect, and golden hour was GIVING. Their photos and love story are even being published in Susquehanna Style Bridal Edition which is just a testament to how stunning their day was.
When Taylor was asked about her relationship with Chase, she said “It was always fate that Taylor and Chance ended up together. Considering they grew up 5 minutes away from each other and always shared mutual friends. But, it wasn’t until Chase transferred to York College where Taylor attended that Chase decided to reached out to Taylor to ask her on a formal date that it all began”. Taylor says they have been inseparable ever since, and you can tell. Their love is so pure and raw.

Being a Wedding Photographer wasn't always the plan...
I was (and still am) a special education teacher—someone who spends her weekdays in classrooms, not studios. But somewhere along the way, I picked up a camera and fell hard for the way it let me see people. The way it let me slow down and pay attention to the things that matter: connection, movement, emotion, joy that doesn't need to be posed.
Now, I photograph weddings and couples with that same lens—chasing honest moments, big energy, and the kind of photos that feel like memories.
I didn’t build this business to be booked and busy every waking moment. I built it so I could do what I love and still be home for dinner, still be present with my family, still have space for the life I live outside of work.
